I set up a Media Desk account, but didn’t receive an activation email and cannot log in.

If you did not receive the activation email, your account will not yet have been activated. Please check your junk mail folder and spam filters, as activation emails will often end up there. If you cannot find the email please send an email using our Media Desk Support page with your login email address and ask us to activate your account for you.

I reset my password, but didn’t receive an email to complete the request.

If you did not receive the email to complete your password reset, please check your junk mail folder and spam filters first as those emails will often end up there. If you cannot find the email please send an email using our Media Desk Support page with your login email address and we will reset your password.

I cannot remember what email address I set up my Media Desk account with.

Email us using our Media Desk Support page – or in business hours (8:30am-5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday) call 1-888-880-9539 – and explain your issue to an agent. We will go through potential email addresses with you until we locate the email you used.

I used to have a Journalist account on your main 24-7Pressrelease.com website. What happened to it? 

Any Journalist accounts that were created on our main 24-7Pressrelease.com website have been moved over to our new Media Desk platform. If you previously subscribed to news, you will continue to receive news uninterrupted. You do not need to create a new account. You can log in with your existing account information and update your news subscription under “My Custom News”. If you are having trouble logging in, use our Media Desk Support page for assistance.

How do I subscribe to your news stories?

In order to subscribe to receive our news stories, you need to log in or create a free account in our Media Desk. Once you are logged in, you can subscribe to our news by changing your custom news settings in “My Custom News”.

  1. Begin by turning the “Custom News Status” to “On”
  2. Select your “News Delivery Option”
  3. Select your “Email News Option”
  4. Select the “Industry of Interest” for your news

If you do not select any Industry of Interests, you will receive news for all industries.

I would like to suggest some improvements to the Media Desk.

We would love to hear from you and learn how we can improvement the Media Desk. The Media Desk was launched in the spring of 2014. This is the first version of our software, therefore you can expect future enhancements. We will continue add functionality based on our customer’s needs and therefore we encourage and appreciate your feedback.
